We advocate for a responsible circular economy, and to that end, we sponsored AB 2208 in 2022. That bill banned the sale of mercury-containing fluorescent lighting in California by January of 2025.

They were able to update the outdated parking lots, building and canopy lighting on (3) three of our properties.
